Temperature Programmed Surface Reaction (TPSR). In the foreground is the temperature controlled furnace that can reach 900 0C if using a quartz reactor. Various gas flow paths are controlled by the mass flow controllers behind the plexiglass panel and in the foreground are two calibrated injection loops.
